Traditional Steamship Round Feast
This impressive meal was invented by the chefs aboard the White Star Transatlantic Cruise Lines to satisfy their first class clientele. We take their great idea and present it to you “Turtle Creek” style. Designed to serve 60 people or more, this massive 60 to 75 pound bone in beef roast is slow roasted with garlic and sea salt and hand carved at the buffet by one of our skilled catering staff members. Included with this selection are the following side dishes: Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Chips and Pretzels, Mini Sourdough Rolls, Freshly Grated Horseradish Sauce and choice of Macaroni Salad and Potato Salad or Roasted Red-skinned Potatoes with garlic and rosemary and Seasonal Sautéed Vegetable.

Turtle Creek Old Fashioned Pig Roast
Our whole pig roast is our most requested catering selection. If your event involves 60 people or more and you want a truly special meal, this one is for you. Our chef slow roasts a fully dressed pig over hot coals overnight to provide a succulent and flavorful roast. Basted with our secret barbeque and accompanied by the following side dishes, this signature dish will keep your guests coming back for more! Cole Slaw, Marinated Mushrooms, Macaroni Salad, Baked Beans, Pickles, Chips and Pretzels, Mini Kaiser Rolls, choice of Potato Salad or Mashed Potatoes and Sauerkraut.

Open Pit Steak Fry
Nothing makes your mouth water more than the aroma of steaks on the grill! Here at Turtle Creek we fill the fire with one-pound choice Delmonico steaks to lure your guest from the bunkers to the buffet. Our Chef is on hand to grill your steaks to order and the following side dishes complete the meal: Fresh corn on the cob with sweet melted butter, Baked Potato with all the fixings, European Spring Mix Salad with assorted dressings, Homemade Dinner rolls.

Down the Shore Clambake
Turtle Creek Golf Course may not be “down the Shore” and the closest you get to a sandy beach here are the unforgiving bunkers on number eight, nevertheless, we take pride in bringing a taste of the ocean to you and your guests! Clambakes have always been a great way to entertain during the summer. We find the freshest clams and steam them in garlic and beer and serve them in individual cloth sacks (20 clams per serving) with Corn on the Cob with sweet melted butter, Traditional or Sweet Baked Potato with all the fixings, Pennsylvania Dutch Pepper Cabbage and Club Rolls with Butch’s special garlic butter. This Clambake is paired with your choice of Grilled Herbed Chicken, Delmonico Steak, Peel and Eat Shrimp or Steamed Lobster Tail.

Shot Gun Homestyle Buffet
After your guests finish playing “the Turtle” they will be ready for a good “stick to your ribs” home cooked meal. Our Chef Butch knows how to answer the hungry call with a wide selection of hot buffets for you and your guests. You can customize your event with our extensive list of choices and mix and match to your heart’s content. All dinners include choice of one meat and one potato selection, two vegetables, choice of Pennsylvania Dutch Pepper Cabbage, Cole Slaw or Cranberry Relish and Fresh Fruit Salad, Dinner Roll with sweet butter and of course, dessert! Par Five Picnic
What is summertime without a picnic? Our Par Five Picnic provides you and your guests with a simple and flavorful buffet of a wide variety of meats, cheeses and salads that would make Yogi Bear take up golf and sneak into your event! With a minimum guest count of 20 people, this picnic could be just the thing to satisfy your hungry crew. The Par Five Picnic includes Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, Baked Ham, Sliced Swiss and American Cheeses, Macaroni and Potato Salad, Bill Bill’s Pickled Eggs, and Lancaster Lima Beans. Condiments include Mayonnaise, Yellow and Whole Grain Mustards, and Sweet Relish. Bread assortment includes Sliced White and Rye Breads and Club Rolls. Pretzels, Chips, Pickles, Olives, Cubed Muenster and Swiss Cheeses along with Dutch Ring Bologna complete the menu to fill your plate and make your picnic perfect!

We really like a good party and nobody does cocktail parties like “the Turtle”. If you want your guests to mix and mingle and enjoy delicious and elegant appetizers look no further!
