At Turtle Creek Golf Course, we are always seeking dedicated associates with a positive and enthusiastic work ethic. We offer a competitive pay to all associates. Our peak employment times are between April and October with hours in March and November as well.

Most positions require flexibility on the days and hours you are to be scheduled. Our guests are here seven days a week including holidays. Weekend availability is important so please be upfront about any time restrictions you may have.
If you join our team, Turtle Creek Staff shirts will be required to wear during your shift. We strive to maintain a professional look from our employees on the course and around our pro shop at all times.

You will be required to provide an original Social Security card for the payroll department.
You must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) form requiring two forms of original ID.
We require a Pennsylvania ID or drivers' license.
Background checks and documents verifying education may also be requested.
